Dear Patients,
We would like to reassure you all at this difficult time that we are still open and seeing patients who require medical intervention and help. The ongoing Coronavirus pandemic has meant that we have had to change how we work to protect all our patients, doctors, nurses and all other members of the practice team.

If you feel you need to be seen or speak to a doctor or nurse please call the surgery on 01250 872552. All patients who require medical help will be telephoned by a clinician and those patients who do need to be seen and have no symptoms of the virus will be allocated an appointment. Many problems and queries can be dealt with over the telephone and this is the preferred option at the moment. We urge all patients to follow government advice, it is the only way we will slow down the spread of the virus.

The inner doors are now locked to protect our workforce. All patients who are attending for an appointment should ring the doorbell. They will be asked if they have any symptoms of COVID19 before they enter the building and will also be required to use hand sanitiser.

Prescriptions and samples can still be handed in but now just leave them in the box in front porch.

Please can all patients order their prescription in the normal manner, either online, by email to or by handing in their slip to the pharmacy or surgery. As always we will accept phone calls from patients who are housebound. Please can you make sure you order only what you need and do not stock pile medication.

COVID19 Symptoms
We ask all patients who do have symptoms of the virus such as a new continuous dry cough, a high fever or loss of smell and taste follow the current government guidelines. You can find more details on NHS Inform Scotland
