COVID vaccination programme - aged 12 and over

Anyone aged 12 and over who lives in the same house as someone who is immunocompromised or who has face to face contact on most days of the week with someone in this category will now be sent a Covid-19 vaccine invite.

Anyone aged 12 or over with sever neuro-disabilities, Down's syndrome, is immunosuppressed, has profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD) or severe learning disabilities will now be sent a Covid-19 vaccine invite.

We offer a range of appointments to suit our patients. These are available to book on the day and in advance. Please note that even though we have increased the number of pre-bookable appointment slots they are limited in number and can book up quite quickly.

Telephone lines open at 8.00 am to take bookings. If you wish an on the day appointment please phone as early as possible.

If you cannot attend your booked appointment please inform reception. Patients who fail to attend on 3 occasions without notice will no longer be able to use our advance booking system. 

 

Extended Hours
